General Study Strategy for A-Level Success
- Past papers are king. Do every available ZIMSEC A-Level past paper under timed conditions. Download them free from Maita.
- Space your revision. Research shows spaced repetition — studying a topic, revisiting it after 2 days, then 7 days — is far more effective than cramming.
- Teach someone else. If you cannot explain a concept simply, you do not understand it yet. Study groups are powerful.
- Sleep and exercise. Memory consolidation happens during sleep. Students who sleep 8 hours outperform those who study through the night.
Using the Maita Platform
